Principal product designer working on AI agents for enterprise software. I design how much authority an agent holds, how much reasoning it surfaces, and where a person takes the decision back. At JLL I design agents on Corrigo, a cloud-based facilities management platform. 15 years of enterprise platforms and design systems across airlines, logistics, finance, pharmaceuticals, and commercial real estate.

The agent sets price ceilings on its own and lowers invoice payments. Redesigned it so every decision is visible, overridable, and tunable, because that is what keeps an agent on.

Shipped an agent that drafts technician schedules from thousands of combinations. Dispatchers set the constraints, review the draft, and commit.
