Zemplar

Zemplar is a medication for patients with chronic kidney disease. Abbvie and IA Collaborative created the Zemplar tablet application, Patient Trends Tracker (PTT), to help nephrologists monitor patient lab data and treatment trends at the point of care. The system was successfully developed, followed by positive pilot research and internal evaluation results. As a result, Abbvie demonstrated significant potential from the solution and incubated future solutions.

As a graphic designer, I provided design solutions like a user journey map, user research/testing, wireframe to final UI, and marketing materials. I also worked with developers to make the app available for a hospital system.
