Noun Project

Composed of geometric shapes in a structural relationship, the living creature figures look like an artificial noun-project or a black sheet origami work. I've been promoting these in the Noun Project since 2013.

Application

These simple figures are universal and intuitive in the traffic signage system or theme park way-finding message.

Human

Men and women are the most amazing God's creatures. I focused on differentiating them by the simplified figures. I see how a minimal design approach can be versatile in such constraints.

How much information do we need from visuals to recognize its identity? I set a few abstract figures with a few scales to communicate the figure’s identity. In calm visual language, it becomes extremely effective for a designer to convey the idea and for the audience to read it clearly.
