As per JLL, Corrigo catered to over 4.3 million users across 122 countries in 2021, managing 19 million work orders and accumulating billions of data points. Specializing in global facility management solutions for commercial real estate, Corrigo holds a prominent position as a market leader. JLL is enhancing its functionality and user experience across verticals, Restaurant, Grocery, Retail, Health, Financial Services, and Data center. Corrigo is revamping its research and development, establishing robust, agile, and user experience-focused engineering and product teams both onshore and in-house. I joined this initiative as a design lead to support the eight scrum teams working on the Corrigo platform.

NPS and Analytics are vital feedback channels, revealing prevalent user trends and specific feedback. The marketing team provides quarterly NPS reports, and the Pendo Analytics implementation is available around the clock. As a designer, it is imperative to gauge market reactions before embarking on design initiatives. Occasionally, the requirements stemming from specific business deals take precedence as a top priority, offering an alternative perspective on user needs. The more insights we gather, the more refined solutions we can deliver.

Workshop

Product managers meticulously document business insights and development progress, creating a detailed repository. Over time, this repository has grown unwieldy and challenging to reference, resulting in a steep learning curve for new team members. To address this, I've chosen a collaborative workshop format as the most effective method for my design team, leveraging stakeholders' knowledge.
