Data Niche Associates(DNA) collects pharmacy claims level data directly from State Medicaid agencies and provides pharmaceutical manufacturers with subscriptions to web-based tools the manufacturers use to analyze the data for validation purposes.

DNA users struggled with the existing validation tool that requires a repetitive process. So, I led the design effort for a new platform with user-centered workflow and brand support. After developing the deliverables with the offshore development/brand team, we received positive feedback from end-users.

The previous service served the users based on their input and entered data with numerous pages before the output page. The new one requires no patience but immediately shows the output page upfront. The following pages provide the users with print documents, detailed data, and verification.
